We sit with your team, watch how work actually moves and look inside your systems. You get a ranked list of what to automate, each item with a build cost and the hours it saves each week. If nothing is worth building yet, we'll tell you. Half the audit fee comes off any build started within 60 days.
Build
Most projects from £6,000 + VAT
Price fixed before we start. An engineer works inside your business on the top item until it's live and your staff are using it. You get an update every week.
Run
From £450/month + VAT · optional
We monitor it, fix it when something changes and add to it when you're ready. Software running costs are passed on at cost. You own everything we build.
